The New Fitness Factory is situated adjacent to Rolle Street in Barnstaple.  The entrance is easily visible if you park in the Fairview Car Park.  Access to the car park from the Barnstaple end is gained by heading towards the North Devon Hospital and turning left at the first set of traffic lights, (by the BP garage) onto Fairview Road.  Follow the road round taking the only left turn into Fairview car park.  Traveling from Braunton take the left filter lane on Braunton Road at the Rolle Street traffic lights and then within 75 yards/ 69 metres, depending on your persuasion, take the first right into Fairview car park.  The New Fitness Factory is at the end of the car park parallel to Rolle Street.
