
Aerobics Classes that are current on our programme are:
Box-a-cise. Box-a-cise is a class that combines shadowboxing, stepping and incorporates boxing skills in a mixed circuit.
Box-a-Max. Box-a-Max is a class incorporating a subtle blend of both bodymax and box-a-cise. It's an aerobic workout. followed by light toning weights, working the whole body
Fitball. Fitball is an extremely low intensity and non-impact class using Swiss Balls. Designed specifically to develop and maintain core stability. Especially recommended for those recovering from illness or injury.
Circuit Training. An ideal class to pick up your fitness. Combining aerobic, strength, toning and flexibility exercises. A great workout for the entire body whilst pushing yourself at your own pace. Suitable for all.
Circuit Blitz. As above but at a higher and harder rate. It's up to you!
Spin Cycle. This is the latest craze - group cycling, anyone can cycle, great fun, motivational and get quick results. This type of exercise uses specially designed studio cycles. Considered to be the ultimate in aerobic workouts.
Begin to Spin. As above but in moderation.
Body Max. Strenghtens, conditions, and shapes the body with light weights. It brings the gym to the studio. A class for men and women.
Step N Tone. Mostly step aerobics- an exciting way to get fit, lose weight and tone the entire body. Good for people that like being motivated by working in a group to music.
BOOTCAMP This is HARD military fitness taught by ex RAF PTI. Non stop for an hour combining some of the toughest exercises around for hardcore fitness.
Group Personal Training Exercise Master Class, a different way to work out in the gym. Combining Intense Cardio, Body Sculpting Weight Training and Abdominal Blitzing.
