As you enter our gym, reception is immediately available.  If you wish to socialise either before, after or even during your workout the spacious seating area which is located downstairs.  Members are able to benefit from complementary tea/coffee available from the refreshment area.  Also situated downstairs is the Sun Shower booth in it's own private changing room, the olympic free weight room and an extensive aerobics area.  Upstairs is the main gym with spacious changing rooms with private lockers and showering facilities.
