We cater for members from every walk of life, age and ability, helping you enjoy a healthier, fitter lifestyle. Our club provides a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance exercise equipment and a varied menu of aerobic classes, all supported by the attention of our trained instructors.

There is an added dimension that we believe makes us unique which comes from the friendly and enthusiastic approach of our qualified and motivated staff.  We constantly monitor your programme and progress throughout your visit ensuring a safe and effective improvement in your overall fitness is achieved.  As a member we conduct ongoing fitness assessments to measure your success and our staff are always on hand to help you whatever your needs.

Our club also features VT2000 upright tanning booths (voted Best Sunbed 1999,2000, 2001), a concept we introduced to North Devon, and we are members of the Sunbed Association, to ensure their safe operation.  The Sun Showers are fast and hygienic, with their own spacious changing rooms.

The reception and lounge area consisits of a relaxed seating area where members can enjoy free tea and coffee, making exercise enjoyable and rewarding.
